Description
The Angry Birds have so far managed to avoid too close scrutiny of their past, and quotes like "We're just here to kick some balls" and "You throw punches like a boy" is all what reporters have come home with so far.
Perhaps more attention will be paid to the team once they start amounting to something more than just a set of designed uniforms and a sponsorship deal.

Poison Pill Triumphant Assassins Win Games, Cause Triptych of No-Shows.
After poisoning the Arkham Hoppers back in Season Seven, the Birds didn't expect to find any future coaches as easily tricked, but during the sweltering heat of Season Eight opportunities suddenly abounded.
After having defeated the Fluffy White Bunnies, the despondent orcs were handed a parting gift that they passed on to the Happily Infected as the former showed up to play with the latter but were too weak to stand up on the pitch.
Meanwhile preparations against the Reptile Dysfunction paid off, as they were dysfunctional come match day. And when the next match day followed the Happily Infected had been thoroughly infected by the orcs and were equally unable to play.
This has meant that the Birds have gotten precious little playtime the last few weeks, but at least the remunerations from apologetic stadium owners have allowed them to pay off all the suspicious substances needed to enact this cunning plan. |

Angry Birds are Back. Angrier than ever, the Angry Birds have returned for the Summer Season. Having managed to take home the Championship Title for Season 7, the Birds are now returning for Season 8 to show that it was not a fluke, and shoot towards the lofty goal of being the first team ever to win two consecutive titles. (Or indeed being chapions twice at all)
So watch out. The Birds are Coming - And they are Angry. |

Death of a (Near) Legend It is with great annoyance and not a little frustration that the Angry Birds have to announce that  Daya decided to cop out from the rest of the season, and a promising Blood Bowl career by catching a troll fist through the brainpan at the end of the Zhlaves of Zhatan - Angry Birds (Season 7, Round 8) game.
So long, would-be Blodge AG5 Leaper, serves you right for standing up your team in their upcoming time of need as the playoffs loom closer (and quite certain at that). |

Dark Elf Superiority The last three games of the Reserves Rumble - Lead Feathers - Reptile Dysfunction (Reserves Rumble, Reserves Rumble), Black Mambo - Dia de los muertos (Reserves Rumble, Reserves Rumble) and Angry Birds - Old Toastwood Facehuggers (Reserves Rumble, Reserves Rumble) clearly show the superiority of Dark Elves who won all three games. And since the Angry Birds won with the best TD difference and were the only team where nobody died, clearly they must be the most superior Dark Elf team.
